Shipping Policy

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.  Please allow 1-3 business days to fulfill your order and issue you a tracking number.  

Our USA shipping rates and transit times are as follows:

First Class (1-7 business days):  Free for orders over $50 shipped within the USA. $5 flat rate for orders under $50.

Priority Express (1-3 day delivery*, including weekend delivery): $30 flat rate within the USA.

*For express service, we will make every attempt to ship orders submitted Monday-Friday by 1PM PST within 1-2 business days.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Once processed you will receive your order within 1-7 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method.  

Amy Kuschel is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand outside of the USA in the coming months. In the meantime, if you would like to place an order that needs to ship to a country other than the USA, please write us a note with a list of the products you would like, or call us at 1-415-956-5657.
