We hope that you're completely satisfied with your Amy Kuschel purchase. If you aren’t, we're happy to accept your return or exchange with the following guidelines in mind:
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of order placement.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • Sorry, but items not returned in original condition may be refused.
  • Most returns will process in approximately 2-3 weeks.
  • If you would like to exchange an item due to fit, please contact us so that we can help answer questions on sizing.

THE EXCEPTIONS:

  • Unfortunately, bridal merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • DAMAGES.  We always do our best to be sure that our apparel is free of damages, but if you have a damaged item, please accept our apologies and call us at 415-956-5657 or send an email to hello@amykuschel.com so that we can remedy the situation.

MAKING A RETURN 

It's easy! But your merchandise must meet out guidelines for a return or exchange. You'll find a return form along with a return address label in your original package. Simply fill out the return form and include it in the box with the merchandise being returned.  Attach the return address label to your package and take it to the post office or hand it to a postal carrier.  Original shipping costs as well as return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
